We are a boutique, family-owned vineyard located on the verdant sloping hills of the Bellarine Peninsula near Portarlington in Victoria.

Our grapes are lovingly estate-grown in rich, black and fertile volcanic soil. They are expertly crafted into glorious, small-batch wines under the guidance of our local, talented winemaker.

What We Are Drinking

2023 Anoushka’s Rose

  • A ripe, strawberry appearance with a little cherry on the nose. The 2022 Rose is crisp and dry, with a smooth touch of cherries that liners on the palate. Tons of raspberry and white pepper round out this delicious wine. Pair with spicy dishes, or with barbecued white meats.

2023 Peggy’s Cab Franc

  • This Cabernet Franc has a dark cherry appearance, and a bouquet of blueberry and herb. Blueberry again on the palate, with hints of boysenberry, chocolate and white pepper. Subtle tannins draw the flavours together and create a soft, yet full flavoured wine.

    A real ‘food’ wine, pair with duck or veal dishes, or even a hearty pasta. A real gem of a wine that can truly be savoured.

2024 Emmett’s Chardonnay

  • Our Chardonnay has a pale, straw appearance with lemon zest on the nose. Served chilled, honeydew melon, peach, and lemon shine through on the palate. As the wine warms, an elegancy blend of buttery stonefruit and delicate citrus comes to life. A long finish, this wine is great to drink now, but will develop for those with patience.

HOTV is a brand built out of love - a love for our gorgeous property, our sweet animals, and, of course, our love for delicious food and drink.

It is a passion project that has been over a year in the making, and we are so close to opening! We cannot wait to share it with all of you.
